Kolsch Style Ale

Light bodied German ale with a hint of honey, golden in color, crisp and refreshing style that originated in Cologne, Germany.

PONY CLUB PORTER

Low to medium malt sweetness, with a hint of vanilla. Hop bitterness is medium. Softer, sweeter and more caramel-like than a robust porter.

SIMPLY SAISON & ANCHO SAISON

Farmhouse style ale with nice malt bone and slight spiciness. Our Ancho Saison has a hint of Jalapeno and poblano pepper.

HIXTOWN HELLES-Everyone's Favorite Beer

"Helles" means "pale in color". Ours is clean and crisp. Loved for its simplistic taste and drinkability.

These beers are typically served unfiltered and can have a cloudy appearance when roused. The American wheat beer is known worldwide as a refreshing summer style. Ours has a touch of sweet cherry. Cindy's favorite!
